Second Sundays finds all age
adults with excellent coffee and delicious edibles at the
Gathering Place upstairs on the second floor of the main
building. Come at 9:30 and stay until class time at
10:00.
Third Friday is Adults Night Out.

Wednesday Night Supper and program is a church-wide event held
every week, and the food is excellent. The supper line opens at
5:30 and remains open until 6:30. Round tables allow small
groups to get to know each other while enjoying fine
dining. Reservations are made by calling 706-256-1017, and cost is
$7.00 for adults and $3.00 for a child's plate. This is
becoming a connection in the middle of the week, and you are
invited to join us.

Interested adults
also spontaneously get together every Fourth Sunday after early
church and Sunday School to dine together at Locos Grill on
13th.

Events |

|
Ongoing mission project is to
bring at least one non-perishable food item (canned or dry) to
each social event. This will enable the Downtown Food
Pantry to help those in need.
Operation Appreciation
(ministry to Ft. Benning troops) will be held Saturday,
October 27, 2007, 5:00-8:30 p.m. in the Ministry Center. Volunteer by
calling Maggie at 706-327-4343.
First Saturday worship and hot meal will be October 6. Help
is needed to serve guests. Contact
Sandra for information or to volunteer. |
